The EDGE Lab is a 10-week leadership and well-being journey designed to help girls build confidence, balance, and self-leadership from the inside out. Each 90 minute session blends leadership development with well-being practices rooted in The Grounded Edge’s philosophy of presence, embodiment, and alignment.

From learning to own your voice, to building resilience through challenges, to taking aligned action and leading with empathy; each week connects mind, body, and purpose.
